Esta es una meditación que está dividida como en tres etapas. La primera es un ejercicio de visualización en el que trabajas con tu cuerpo para atraer a ti la salud que necesitas. Al contactar con tu verdadero Ser y, desde ti mismo/misma, aprendes a darte lo que requieres empezando por darte AMOR. Salud, armonía, respeto… Libérate de todo lo que te aleja de ti y libera también a los todos aquellos seres que, de manera inconsciente, te hicieron daño. Contacta con tu energía.
La segunda etapa, es una plática sobre la importancia del AMOR y de aprender a amar, porque el amor es la fuerza que sostiene todo cuanto existe.
La tercera empieza con unos sonidos que elevan tu frecuencia vibratoria para entrar en un estado de relajamiento y quietud de la mente. José Luis invoca la energía del Yo Soy, la energía del AMOR… Es una meditación fuerte, de mucho poder. Contacta, emana, vibra, eres el amor. “Contacta con tu Cristo interno y expande tu luz”.
